A: Deliverable files are available for 48 hours after completion. Uploaded source files are deleted
immediately after processing.
Q: What stem format should I use?
A: WAV files at 48kHz are ideal. MP3, FLAC, and AIFF are also accepted. Stems must all start at 0:00
for proper alignment.
Q: Can I revise a mix?
A: Yes! After your mix completes, you can make one revision — adjust levels, brightness, or space.
Revisions are not available for batch (all 7 engineers) mode.
Q: What's the difference between engineers?
A: Each engineer has a unique mixing style modeled after real-world professionals. Default is
balanced, Hugo is live/punchy, Juliet is vocal-forward pop, Desmond is natural/acoustic, Marlo is
lo-fi/90s hip-hop, Lexa is cinematic/wide, and Cedric is warm/analog.
Q: Do subscription quotas roll over?
A: No, subscription quotas reset each month. Use them or lose them. Check your Ledger tab for
current usage.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If there was a technical error with processing,
contact support. Creative preferences are not grounds for refund — that's what revisions are
for.
Q: How do I export stems from my DAW?
A: Use the "Help Me Export" dropdown on the upload screen. Select your DAW for a guided search. All
stems must be exported from 0:00 at full length. Q: How does pricing work?
A: Purchase individual services à la carte or subscribe monthly for discounted rates. Subscription
quotas reset each month.
Q: What formats does Fusion deliver?
A: Alacarte and Value subscribers get 320kbps MP3. Pro subscribers get 24-bit WAV files plus
stems.
